常見問答 FAQ

Q1: 如果臨時無法參加個人或團體拍照怎麼辦？
若個人照無法到場，可安排在其他空檔補拍。團體照除特殊狀況外，不提供退款，但可臨時加購。
Q2: 團體照是以班級為單位，還是可以分小組拍？
碩士班會先在「校門口」拍攝大團照，之後攝影師會在引導大家進行拍攝校園團體照。
Q3: 碩士班的畢業袍跟學士班的一樣嗎？
不一樣。碩士袍的版型與學士班不同，前方有扣子可固定披肩，且尺寸選擇也不同。
Q4: 如果我只想單獨購買披肩，有附贈刺繡服務嗎？
有的，單獨購買披肩也包含免費的電繡文字服務。
Q5: 拍攝的電子檔和實體照片什麼時候可以拿到？
預計於下學期畢代大會 (5月23日) 時統一發放。若有特殊情況需要提早拿到，可以個別與廠商協調。
Q6: 為什麼先拍照 (10月底) 才發畢業服 (11月中)？
這是為了配合學校場地借用時間，避免影響社團活動。拍攝學位照時，廠商會提供服裝，同學只需穿著無領或非高領的上衣即可。
Q7: 博士生也是透過這個方案訂購畢業袍嗎？
博士生不是透過這個方案訂購。博士服是直接跟學校訂購，預計今年 (2025年) 12月開始登記，明年 (2026年) 1月發放。學校會在 11月底公告並寄送大宗郵件給全校博士生通知相關資訊。
Q8: 拍個人照跟團照的時間、地點？
等畢聯會安排通知後會在群組公告。
Q9: 沒有購買畢業袍會有什麼影響嗎？
沒有學校的畢業袍，將無法參加畢業典禮。本校畢業袍是參加畢業典禮的必要服裝，請務必購買 / 租借。
Q10: 沒有購買團體照方案會有什麼影響嗎？
若未購買團體照方案，將無法一同拍攝研究所的團體大合照。建議選擇包含團體照的方案，與同學們一起留下珍貴的畢業回憶。

FAQ

Q1: What happens if I can't make it to my scheduled photo session?
For individual portraits, you can arrange a make-up session during other available slots. For group photos, refunds are not available except in special circumstances, but you can add a purchase last minute if needed.
Q2: How are the group photos organized? Can we take photos in smaller groups?
For master's students, a large group photo will be taken at the "Main Gate" area first. Afterwards, photographers will be stationed at three fixed locations to guide you for smaller group or individual shots.
Q3: Are the master's and bachelor's gowns the same?
No, they are different. The master's gown has a different cut, features a button in the front to secure the shawl, and comes in a different range of sizes.
Q4: If I only purchase the shawl, is the embroidery service still included?
Yes, the free text embroidery service is included even if you only purchase the shawl.
Q5: When will we receive the digital and physical photos?
Photos are scheduled for distribution during the second-semester class representative meeting on May 23. If you need them earlier for a special reason, you can coordinate directly with the vendor.
Q6: Why do we take photos (late Oct) before we receive our graduation gowns (mid-Nov)?
This schedule is to accommodate campus venue availability and avoid conflicts with student club activities. The vendor will provide gowns for the portrait photoshoot; students only need to wear a non-collar or non-turtleneck shirt underneath.
Q7: Do PhD students also order graduation gowns through these plans?
PhD students do NOT order through these plans. Doctoral gowns are ordered directly through the university. Registration is expected to begin in December 2025, with distribution in January 2026. The university will announce and send mass emails to all PhD students with relevant information by the end of November.
Q8: When and where will individual portraits and group photos be taken?
Details will be announced in the group chat after the Student Representative Council arranges and confirms the schedule.
Q9: What happens if I don't purchase a graduation gown?
Without an official graduation gown, you will not be able to participate in the graduation ceremony. Graduation gowns are required attire for the ceremony, so please make sure to select an appropriate plan.
Q10: What happens if I don't purchase a group photo package?
If you don't purchase a group photo package, you will not be able to participate in the graduate institute's group photos. We recommend choosing a package that includes group photos to create precious graduation memories with your classmates.
