- 對話紀錄：預設保留最近 14 則上下文，並於 1 小時後自動刪除或去識別化。
- 若因法律或爭議處理需要，得延長保留期限，但僅限該目的所必需。

NTUAI Agent is an AI-powered assistant offered as both a Facebook application and a Discord bot. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and share it, how long we retain it, your rights, and the safeguards we apply. Failure to comply with Meta’s or Discord’s developer policies may result in suspension of API access.

NTUAI Agent (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) is operated by NTUAI and made available via Facebook and Discord. This policy applies to all individuals who use the Service.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Data You Provide
- Public profile information (e.g., display name, avatar).
- Messages, files, or commands you enter in chat.
2.2 Data We Collect Automatically
- Interaction logs, device info, IP address, and time-zone.
2.3 Data from Third Parties
When we use cloud NLP, vision, or other APIs, we receive only the processed results.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide, maintain, and improve conversational features.
- To respond to enquiries and deliver support.
- For statistics and product R&D (aggregated or de-identified).
- To comply with legal obligations or requests from Meta or Discord.
4. Sharing & Third-Party Services
We share data only in these situations:
- Service Providers: cloud AI and hosting providers such as OpenAI, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure.
- Legal Requirements: disclosure when lawfully compelled.
- Platform APIs: requests/responses exchanged with Facebook or Discord servers as required by your interaction.
5. Retention & Deletion
- Conversation context: the latest 14 messages are retained and auto-deleted after one hour.
- Longer retention is possible only when required for legal or dispute-resolution purposes.
